Terms and conditions
The terms for using this site and for how our pricing and engagements work. Kept as plain as we can make them.
Last updated 29 October 2026
1. Who we are
orsom is a brand of iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd ABN 46 092 786 304 of 425 Smith Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065 ("iGo Group", "we", "us", "our"). orsom by iGo provides promotions, loyalty programs, rewards programs and reward fulfilment.
These terms apply to your use of orsom.com.au (the "site") and to the pricing and engagement information on it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Using this site
You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or any data;
- interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
- copy, scrape or reproduce site content for commercial use without our written permission; or
- submit false, misleading or someone else's details through our forms.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
This site is for businesses and organisations considering our services. If you entered a promotion we run, or need help with a reward card, the promotion's own website and terms apply. Check that site, or the email or SMS that came with your card.
3. Information on this site
The content on this site is general information about our services. It isn't an offer capable of acceptance and doesn't form part of any contract unless a written agreement says so.
- Timings. "Brief Monday, testing Thursday" and "72 hours from brief to testing" describe our typical timing for promotions built on our standard templates. Bigger or custom builds take longer, and we'll confirm timing when we scope your program. Go-live depends on your sign-off.
- Service levels. Response times, receipt-check times, reporting and data retention periods described on the site are our standard service levels. The service levels for your program are those in your agreement.
- Figures and examples. Statistics such as promotions delivered, and results from client programs, are accurate when published. Past results don't guarantee future results.
- Images. Screens, cards and other visuals are illustrations. Your program will be built in your brand to your agreed scope.
We work to keep the site accurate and current. Some content may be out of date or contain errors, and we may change it without notice.
4. Pricing
Prices on the site are starting prices, shown as a guide only:
| Program | Starting price | Setup | Minimum term |
|---|---|---|---|
| Promotions | From $10,000 per promotion | Build included | The length of the campaign |
| Loyalty | From $5,000 a month | One-off setup cost, quoted | 12 months |
| Rewards | From $750 a month | One-off setup cost, quoted | 12 months |
| Fulfilment | Quoted to your brief | Quoted | As agreed |
- All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
- Your price depends on your program. Things that affect it include how long it runs or how many members it has, expected entries, claims or users, who supplies artwork and terms, custom reward card design, trade promotion permits, domain and IT security set-up, custom features and integrations, and physical rewards and dispatch.
- Your reward or prize pool is separate from our fee and is quoted as its own line.
- Trade promotion permit fees are passed on at cost.
- Custom features are scoped and quoted before any work starts.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless the quote says otherwise.
- We may change our published prices at any time. A change doesn't affect a quote you've accepted or an agreement already in place.
The price you pay is the price in your accepted quote or agreement. If it differs from anything on this site, the quote or agreement applies.
5. Working with us
An engagement starts only when you accept our written quote or proposal, or sign an agreement with us. The quote, proposal or agreement, together with any terms it refers to, sets out the scope, fees, service levels and other terms of the engagement. If those documents conflict with these website terms, they take priority.
Unless your agreement says otherwise:
- Loyalty and Rewards programs have a minimum term of 12 months. Promotions run for the length of the agreed campaign.
- You'll give us accurate information and timely approvals, including approval of the promotion mechanic, terms and conditions and creative before launch.
- For trade promotions, we write the terms and conditions and sort trade promotion permits where they're needed. You remain the promoter, and you approve the final terms before launch.
- If claims or entries run above what was expected, we'll flag it early and agree the next step with you before any extra cost.
- Our customer service team handles participant questions for your program, as set out in your agreement.
6. Reward funds
You fund the rewards and prizes for your program. Reward funds are kept separate from our fees and are paid out to your customers, members or people, never kept by us as a fee. Reporting shows what has been paid out and what remains.
Card costs, and what happens to any rewards that aren't claimed or spent, are set out in your quote and agreement.
7. Reward cards
iGo Group is a Visa Principal Issuing Member and holds an Australian Financial Services Licence, and issues prepaid reward cards. Each card is governed by the terms and conditions, and any disclosure document, provided with it. Those documents apply to cardholders, not these website terms.
Information about reward cards on this site is general information only. It doesn't take into account anyone's objectives, financial situation or needs.
8. Enquiries and demos
When you send an enquiry or book a demo, we use your details to respond, prepare for the call and talk to you about your program. Booking a demo or requesting a quote doesn't oblige you to anything. Any ballpark price given in a demo is indicative until confirmed in a written quote.
9. Intellectual property and client brands
The site and its content, including the orsom name and logo, text, graphics, layout and software, are owned by or licensed to iGo Group. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Client names, logos and testimonials appear with the permission of their owners. They remain the property of their owners, and showing them doesn't mean those businesses endorse anything other than their own experience with us.
10. Links to other sites
The site may link to sites run by others, including booking tools and iGo Group sites. We're not responsible for third-party sites, their content or their privacy practices.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
- the site is provided "as is", and we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components;
- we aren't liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or reliance on the site; and
- where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Our liability for services we provide under an agreement is set out in that agreement.
12. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with the iGo Group Privacy Policy, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and the NZ Privacy Act 2020 where it applies.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. The version on the site when you use it applies.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
