SU Rewards: one rewards portal across five premium audio brands
Sound United runs one program to drive sell-through across its premium audio brands. It keeps coming back: relaunched for October to December 2026 and expanded from three brands to five.

The challenge
What they needed
- Drive sell-through across a premium brand portfolio with one program.
- Stay flexible enough to restart each promotional period with new brands and products.
- Keep admin low for the client between runs.
The solution
What we ran
- Invoice-upload claims portal where members earn Reward Dollars for each eligible sale.
- Covers Bowers & Wilkins, Marantz, Classé, Denon and Polk Audio.
- Members cash out from $100 up to $4,999 to a Sound United digital Visa.
- Claims outside the promotional period blocked automatically.
- New, faster login and upgraded interface.
The results

“They built a dedicated online portal for us that ticked all our boxes, including one of our key requirements: being able to manage and operate it ourselves without relying on external support. The fact that we keep coming back and running it several times a year probably says it all.”
